Return & Replacement Policy


Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The item has a manufacturing defect


Conditions for Return Approval

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

  • Unboxing video proof is mandatory for all return or replacement requests

  • Certain categories are strictly non-returnable, including personal hygiene items, accessories, and digital courses


Refund Timeline

Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.
